Meet Cassie
As Her Sorority Journey's speaker, podcast host, and TikToker, I consider myself a sorority advocate + community enthusiast. My college sorority journey at Arizona State University and early professional experience at Sigma Kappa Sorority lit a fire in my soul that sorority has the power to change lives - our chapters, officers, and members just need to be empowered in the role they play to create that reality. Starting this company in 2020 and learning too many lessons the hard way running a business through a global pandemic, I am willing to try nearly anything to ensure our national sorority sisterhood understands the power they hold and how to use their influence for the good of those around them.

With experience spanning both campus-based roles and headquarters-level positions, I'm excited to combine my expertise in leadership development with my commitment to empowering sorority communities as Her Sorority Journey's Director of Business Development. My passion for fostering connection and growth was ignited through my transformative sorority experience at the University of Southern California and time spent on staff at Alpha Chi Omega. Most recently, I served the fraternity and sorority life community at Pepperdine University, supporting initiatives to strengthen leadership, collaboration, and belonging. As a Southern California resident, I enjoy life with my growing family, balancing the roles of being a mother, professional, and community builder.

Meet Maddy
I’m a believer that sorority matters, and its value begins when every sister makes the choice to make it matter. In Her Sorority Journey, I oversee our internship program, aligning their passions with relevant and timely initiatives to build resourceful campaigns around for today's sorority members. I also support the administrative process of our partnerships from the confirmation to execution of our event together. Outside of my work with Her Sorority Journey, I am pursuing an MPA at Appalachian State University while working with Graduate Student Life. I volunteer in multiple capacities with my sorority Zeta Tau Alpha.
